We all know the "to do list" at work will never be finished, and our inbox will never be empty. It's natural have a list of tasks running through your mind at work. But does the same thing happen when you get home? How many pesky psychic burdens are having a staring contest with you while you're putting up your feet at night? We know the broken record we have all played, "I am going to build that cabinet tomorrow night right after dinner." A couple weeks later it's, "I am going to assemble all the new furniture and paint the baby's room this weekend." A couple months later, it's "I will take a week off this month and finish everything on my list." Small tasks have such loud voices, especially when they band together as a relentless chorus in your thoughts. They add up quickly too, with a full life at home and work.
